Lesson details

Making a great first impression on guests is vital as it will influence how they perceive the rest of their dining experience. Brooke Adey was awarded Young Waiter of the Year in 2015 and has since worked as a server and restaurant manager in some of Sydney’s most lauded venues. In this online lesson, she shares her tips for winning guests over from the get-go.
