Dan's career began at Disney's Epcot Center as a parking attendant. Since then, he has worked a wide variety of service and operational roles, including food and beverage, operations, human resources, and management, culminating in taking on the challenge of Vice President of Disney's Magic Kingdom. Since 2018, he has consulted with businesses around the world on leadership, management, and culture, captivating audiences with inspiring storytelling and real-life experiences.
