Ally Northfield is a passionate and experienced specialist in revenue management. She has dedicated her career to helping the hotel industry optimize its revenue potential and maximize profitability, working with a wide variety of venues and revenue managers.
In 2006, Ally co-founded Revenue by Design, an industry-leading revenue management consultancy. Revenue by Design supports the hotel industry through outsourced revenue management, as well as training programs to help grow new revenue managers. Ally has spent much of the last 12 years traveling the world, designing and delivering training courses, and building revenue management strategies for independent hotels, hotel groups, and the tourism industry.
Ally is a prominent voice in thought leadership within hospitality revenue management. She currently serves as chair of the revenue management committee for HOSPA (Hospitality Professionals Association), and on the advisory council for HFTP Europe (Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals). She is also a published author, writing articles for Hotels Magazine as well as industry White Papers.
