Feras began his hospitality journey as a porter in 2002, gaining essential skills and knowledge that laid the foundation for his future success. His career trajectory includes roles with prestigious hotel brands such as Hyatt Regency, Rosewood, and Sofitel, where he consistently led teams to achieve exceptional results.

At Hyatt Regency Sydney, Feras played a pivotal role in the hotel's rebranding from Four Seasons by Sheraton and oversaw the expansion that made it the largest hotel in Sydney's CBD with 892 rooms. His leadership propelled the hotel's Rooms Upsell Revenue to rank among the top five Hyatt hotels in ASPA and secured the number one spot for membership enrollment.

Feras's tenure at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth was marked by his recognition as Leader of the Quarter and Employee of the Year. He further demonstrated his expertise during the pre-opening phase of Rosewood Abu Dhabi, where his leadership helped the hotel achieve a top-three ranking on TripAdvisor for Abu Dhabi within its first year.

At Pullman Sydney Hyde Park, Feras navigated the hotel through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, contributing to Room Division, Culinary, and Engineering operations, which honed his multi-tasking and innovative problem-solving skills.
