Alicia started her career in the hotel industry as a concierge at the age of 18. She gradually moved up the ladder and ended up as a general manager. Her passion for self-leadership has led her to successfully manage her teams and transition into building her leadership empire. With more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Alicia believes that great leaders are those who display authenticity, integrity, ownership, and commitment. It's all about working with your teams and lifting each other up.
