Your tables are filled but guests keep coming. This is a dilemma you’ll face on the regular and how you handle it will say a lot to your potential guests.
Guests will either be fine with the wait – they can see you’re busy and it obviously reflects on your venues popularity – or they will be annoyed at the inconvenience – they’re hungry and want to eat now. These are two very different situations and you’ll need to be prepared for how you will handle both.
