Before your guests arrive you need to have your venue tables set up and ready to go.
How you arrange your tables can affect how many guests you can fit in your venue and what experience guests will have. Figuring out a seating arrangement can take time and planning, but it can make the difference between pleasing a few guests and pleasing many.
Once you’ve got your seating plan set don’t expect all your guests to be happy. Some may love where they are seated while others will be disappointed. It’s your responsibility, as the host, to figure out how to get around these issues to ensure your guests have a good time.
