Lesson details

You've got your workstation ready, but have you checked on your team? Service won't run smoothly if everyone else isn't ready. Communicating with your team to see if they need any help can make the difference between having one element on the plate and having every element on the plate.

If you've asked someone to complete a task, ensure they've heard you. If you find stock of an item is low, say something. If you find something broken or missing, speak up. Communication works both ways and making sure you and your teammates know what's going on will make everything run smoother.
