Her commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences led to her promotion to the front office team in 2012. Her talent for fostering positive guest relations and her knack for training and mentoring new staff soon earned her the role of Front Office Supervisor. In this capacity, she managed training programs and content, ensuring that her team consistently provided top-tier service.
In 2016, her excellence was formally recognized when she was awarded the prestigious Receptionist of the Year by the Amicale Internationale des Chefs de Réception (AICR), cementing her reputation as a leader in the field.
