Mai Kappenberger

Mai Kappenberger is a passionate, goal-oriented, international hotelier with a proven track record in driving strategic results and successful transformations, turnarounds, and new projects.
Mai began her career by studying at the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland, and then went on to work in hotels across Europe. Armed with a love for the industry and an overarching interest in positive, effective hospitality leadership, she quickly rose through the ranks to serve in a variety of hotel managerial roles. She is now a board member for a variety of hospitality organizations.
Mai's passion for visionary leadership has led to a number of professional accolades, including spearheading the transformation of Denmark's Kurhotel Skodsborg into the leading spa hotel in the Nordics, as awarded by Condé Nast Traveller and Tatler Spa Awards.
