Mai began her career by studying at the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland, and then went on to work in hotels across Europe. Armed with a love for the industry and an overarching interest in positive, effective hospitality leadership, she quickly rose through the ranks to serve in a variety of hotel managerial roles. She is now a board member for a variety of hospitality organizations.
Mai's passion for visionary leadership has led to a number of professional accolades, including spearheading the transformation of Denmark's Kurhotel Skodsborg into the leading spa hotel in the Nordics, as awarded by Condé Nast Traveller and Tatler Spa Awards.
