Lesson details
This lady in white is torn between two famous bartenders. On the one side there’s Harry MacElhone, who’s 1919 recipe originally called for crème de menthe. On the other side, there’s Harry Craddock, who printed a recipe using gin for a dryer palate, in his renowned Savoy Cocktail Club Book (1930). Either way, it seems Harry knew what he was doing.
Master the recipe and the techniques with help from JJ Goodman as he shows you how to make the White Lady.
