Currently serving as the Senior Multi Sites Revenue Manager for Ascott Hospitality Management, Olga oversees properties across Germany, Austria, and Georgia, bringing her extensive expertise in revenue management to an international platform.
Olga's journey in hospitality began during her university years in Estonia, where she quickly rose through the ranks from the opening team of a new restaurant to the front office of a nearby hotel. After graduating, she moved to London for what she thought would be a short stay, but her burgeoning career kept her in the UK capital.
In London, Olga has held key positions in several prestigious 5-star properties in the Mayfair area, including the British AA Red Star DUKES London, The Westbury Mayfair, Brown's Hotel Rocco Forte Hotels, and Ham Yard Hotel Firmdale Hotels. Her experience spans boutique luxury hotels and corporate roles in major international hotel chains such as Accor, Hilton, and Millennium Hotels and Resorts.
Olga's impressive career is decorated with accolades, including the 2016 Revenue Manager of the Year award at the Hotel Catey, and an industry-sponsored scholarship to study General Management at Cranfield University.
