Lisa Spiden is the founder and Managing Director of Roster Right, a Melbourne-based consultancy business that helps clients meet their business objectives by increasing their profitability and service models through scientific workforce management, insights, and strategic rostering.
With more than 15 years of experience in the HR space, Lisa has worked with some of the world's leading businesses including Carlton and United Breweries, The Foster's Group, HSBC Investment Bank, and The Just Group. After working with these global businesses, Lisa developed her first business venture - fibreHR - which allows smaller entrepreneurial businesses to have access to the same HR support as the larger businesses and to help them succeed.
