Charlie Ainsbury is one of Australia's most awarded bartenders with over 12 years of industry experience. He has worked in some of the best cocktail bars across the world, including The Diamond and Chambar in Vancouver, and Eau de Vie in Sydney.
In 2016, Charlie took home the coveted Australian Bartender of the Year award at the Diageo Reserve World Class competition. This was his second win!
Charlie opened This Must Be The Place, named Best New Bar twice after opening its doors in 2015. In 2017, it was awarded Cocktail Bar of the Year and Bar of the Year at the Time Out Bar Awards.
