Mamasita is a modern Mexican restaurant in the heart of Melbourne. It’s been credited with starting Australia’s love for Mexican food because it was the first restaurant in the country to offer an alternative to the standard chains. While it might have opened in 2010, it’s still so popular customers line up outside the door on most nights!
When Matt Lane started the restaurant, he wanted to create a venue where he could step back and not be involved 100 hours a week.
