Lesson details

There are three things that can go very wrong if you're not polishing your wine glasses correctly.

You could serve a dirty glass to a guest - never a good look. You could break a glass or two - expensive for the business and likely to land you in management's bad books if you do it one too many times. And you could hurt yourself which, aside from the obvious pain, would impact your ability to work.

All this can be easily avoided by learning the right way to get your wine glasses sparkling for your guests.

Sommelier and wine educator Kristene King Thrall shows you how to polish a wine glass correctly.
