Water that comes out of your tap is pretty different to water that falls from the sky. On its journey through pipes, it picks up a lot of different minerals - this is called 'water hardness'. These minerals can affect the quality of your dishwashing and even damage your machine. Luckily, there's a way to combat this: water softening!
