Stephen Kilcullen is a qualified Master Brewer and an expert in quality assurance and brewing excellence. Currently serving as the Technical & Quality Director at Mark Anthony Brands International, Stephen is responsible for building and implementing an International Quality & Technical Strategy to support the company's growth ambitions. Based in Dublin, he oversees quality excellence across international manufacturing and packaging sites, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages quality control from raw materials to finished products.
Before joining Mark Anthony Brands International, Stephen was the Global Head of Quality for Guinness at Diageo, where he worked for nearly 15 years in various roles, including production, operations, and brewing at the iconic Guinness Brewery in St James' Gate, Dublin.
Throughout his career, Stephen has traveled extensively to locations such as Cameroon, Uganda, Ethiopia, and Kenya, ensuring the consistent quality of Guinness products worldwide. He remains deeply passionate about quality, dedicating his career to ensuring beverages are brewed and served to perfection.
