Pauline Nguyen is the owner and co-founder of Red Lantern, the most awarded Vietnamese restaurant in the world. She overcame adverse beginnings, escaping Vietnam by boat with her family and surviving a refugee camp in Thailand, to become an award-winning entrepreneur, author, and speaker. Her memoir, Secrets of the Red Lantern, was a bestseller, and she was named Newcomer Writer of the Year at the Australian Book Industry Awards in 2008.

Pauline holds a BA in Communications from the University of Technology, Sydney. Her first venture into theatre, The Serpent's Table, was a crowd favorite at the 2014 Sydney Festival. In 2012, she won the Australian Telstra Business Award for Medium Business.

She is also the author of The Way of the Spiritual Entrepreneur: The 7 Secrets to Becoming Fearless, Stress Free and Unshakable in Business and in Life.

Pauline is a conscious entrepreneur, international keynote speaker, and life coach who integrates science and spirituality into her life, teachings, and coaching. She is a shamanic practitioner, using her knowledge to assist her clients and students in gaining clarity, accessing their power, and making profound and lasting changes in their lives.

She has been recognized as one of Australia's top 50 influential female entrepreneurs and is included in Blackwell and Hobday's global recognition of 200 Women Who Will Change the Way You See the World.
