Alessandro Zengiaro is a two-time UK Latte Art Champion and Technical Lead for London-based coffee roastery, Assembly Coffee. Originally from Turin, Italy, Alessandro has dedicated his career to the pursuit of excellence in all things espresso.
Alessandro's coffee career began a decade ago in his hometown of Turin. Since then, he has made his mark in a variety of roles within the coffee industry, ranging from Head Barista in a specialty coffee shop, to coffee training, to coffee technician. He is delighted to spend his days around espresso equipment, spare parts, tools, and of course excellent coffee.
Alessando has competed in a number of barista and latte art competitions, winning UK Latte Art Champion in 2020 and 2023.
